Was driving a couple weeks ago and VCS, ABS and Brake lights came on along with a non-stop beeping. No longer had brake pressure.
ABS Actuator was replaced a couple years back with a used one. Before I bite the bullet and get a new one from Toyota wanted to see what you guys thought. I couldn't read the codes using a code reader nor tech stream but these are the blink codes I got:

    C1243
    C1245
    C0206
    C1236
    C1242
    C1311
    C1313
    C1210
    C1241
    C1242
    C1244
    C1252

    Any suggestions?

a new one or if you're on a tight budget, gamble again on a used one. They're a common failure as they age.

im on my 3rd ABS actuator pump. the original one lasted 10 years, the toyota factory replacement only lasted 5

as they get to the point of failure, they start cycling alot. my toyota replacement pump was cycling (under hood rumbling every 5-10 seconds) about 450 times an hour per my counter info. now with new pump, its only cycling around 30-40 times an hour

when you replaced it with a used one, did you just plug and bleed or did you have to use the techstream software to set it up?

Can you explain the cycling numbers - 450 times; 30-40 times? What do you mean by this?

I put a 12vpulse counter and Hobb's hour meter in my car, I tied into the output of the ABS pump relay, so whenever the car turns on the abs pump, it counts a cycle, and i also have an hour meter on it too, which is fed from the same wire.

so when the abs pump starts failing, you will hear it turn on under the hood every 5-10 seconds and run for 5-10 seconds, it sounds like a low rumble in the cabin of the car when the car is on in ready mode. when i first installed the counter and hour meter, it was already failing, and cycling about 390 times an hour, i kept it going and watched it get worse from december of 24 to may of 25. it gradually got worse, by may of 25 it was cycling around 450 times an hour. after i paid a prius shop to replace the abs pump, it was down to cycling 25-40 times an hour, what it should be cycling.
