It's a tie to high tech technology. The Prius and a 3.2 billion pixel camera. I do note in the 1st pick they are using zip ties on what looks like chargers. Not on the telescope but on what looks like calibration, inspection, or monitoring equipment?

I wonder if we could create a discussion on cutting-edge technologies. Few* oppose super duper astronomy, but more may question very rapid development of mRNA vaccines. For reasons it is 'on them' to extol, and perhaps not best with large AI/whatever images.

Benefits/risks feature large in biomedical lit. That lit is not easily translated to general readers. I claim neither special skills nor time available for this task. Unless a White Knight arrives, yer on your own.

It cannot go unsaid that Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, now being built in Goddard Space Flight Center, might die from current Federal budget reductions,

I think the most important mission of this telescope is locating and mapping all asteroids and near earth asteroids. Do we need another scope like this in the Northern hemisphere? We are overdue for another large civilization ending bolide strike. Elon Musk needs to forget about the dead planet Mars for now and focus on an asteroid destroyer system. I know NASA is doing things but Space-X is better and more efficient. And what if we could capture an asteroid and safely bring it to earth? Or at least harvest it's elements, like gold or diamonds?

Current rocket propulsion is barely adequate to even get to Mars. And to the nearest possibly habitable planet magnitudes from possible. Do you need an existing stargate, a black hole? Besides locating one, how do you get to it? And what if your destination is light years from the gate you jump to? I think you need a ship that breaks the speed of light by magnitudes right from the start, then you wouldn't need the uncertainty / danger of a gate. Mars is a minuscule step in these directions.

The Vera Rubin 8.4 meter dia main mirror was made in Arizona from a single disc of glass weighing 55,000 pounds. With what looks like a ceramic foam mold? Melted into form in a giant circular furnace / crucible?? It took 6 years to polish. It was transported to Chili in a 30 ft diameter shipping container weighing a total of 110,000 pounds by giant flat bed semi and by ship. It was grabbed and lifted into place using a crane with a rig of multiple giant suction cups

Gosh darn, it felt like the punk kid yelling a MAGA chant while I was trying to charge my EV. Charging my EV was such an ordinary, even banal act, I didn't really give any thought about it until driving home and I recognized the risk.

    So this begs the question:

Will vaccine opponents attack pharmacies to destroy the mRNA vaccines?

RFK Jr makes absurd claims but as of today, I (and the sociopath in Chief) can still get our vaccinations. However, in the future, I may have to drive to Canada or Mexico.

    Recent memory:
    • UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was killed and Luigi Mangione, was arrested five days later.
    • Claims that a Washington, D.C., pizzeria was the front for a child sex-trafficking ring.
    • Fluoride in water continues to promote conspiracy theories.
My dentist applied a fluoride treatment at my dental examination.

Unlike fixed background objects, at some time or another, all asteroids will pass through both hemispheres. Visibilities may may match, but Rubin's location at 30°S won't be much of a handicap in finding nearly all of them.
That would be worth more than a Nobel Prize. And lead to several more.

The left are the violent ones. The summer of 2020 BLM Antifa riots were the worst in the countries history. $2.5 Billion in buildings burned to the ground, much of it in black neighborhoods. Over 30 people killed, 300 police injured.

It's not a theory. The fluoride put in water is a by product of aluminum production. It's a neurotoxin and a sedative, the Nazis were the first ones to use it.

Not according to the DOJ study “What NIJ Research Tells Us About Domestic Terrorism”, which suddenly 'disappeared' from the DOJ's website about Sept 11-12. But still available on the Internet Wayback Machine at:
    https://web.archive.org/web/20250911165140if_/https://www.ojp.gov/pdffiles1/nij/306123.pdf

    " Since 1990,
far-right extremists have committed far more ideologically motivated
homicides than far-left or radical Islamist extremists, including 227
events that took more than 520 lives. In this same period, far-left
extremists committed 42 ideologically motivated attacks that took
    78 lives."

Yeah, a study written during the Biden administration. If you believe it

    ""or radical Islamist extremists,""

I guess they didn't count the 3000 deaths in the twin towers on 911?

Off course that was a BS story of the inside job by some similar people to the ones that did this study. But they are the ones lying in both cases.

The Hunter Biden lap top is out there. It's most likely not even legal to look at all of it.

9/11 was foreign terrorism, not domestic. As the title very clearly disclosed, this report was specific to the domestic variety.

"Terrorism" is a bullcrap term being used by the globalists. Like George Bush's "war on terror". And breaking it down domestically to left and right is just bullcrap divide and conquer strategy. Occupy Wall Street was a true grass roots protest of the real and most important conflict between the bankers and the working class. Obama violently ended it and simultaneously the legacy (propaganda) media, owned by the bankers, increased stories on racism, gender, and the left/right bullcrap 10 fold.

"Terrorism"? LOL. Since WW2, the USA MIC and the CIA (at the behest of the bankers) in their wars for oil, conquest, and desire to force the world bank on everyone, have killed more people than all other countries combined. Vietnam, Iraq, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, the Ukraine proxy war. Multi multi millions. Who's the real terrorist?

Whining about a few hundred mass shootings (mostly gang related) to try and take away your guns, meanwhile 100,000's are dying of medical malpractice, and both legal and illegal drugs.

So Sleep Donnie's declaration of certain supposed groups being "domestic terrorists" makes him a globalist?

If ICE and National Guard soon feel need to shot protesters, I have no doubt that the left are the violent ones will be invoked. I have no doubt that a lotta people will believe it.

Yes even though it's true I'm wrong to focus on that because it's not the foundational source of the evil, and it does distract from where the real conflict exists.
