that is an interesting video, the system under the obdii scan tool is like in the video, almost every ecu module is turning grey, like it didnt even exist before. I am trying to find the diagram for this vehicle, but haven't found it yet.
The link in post #12 doesn't go to Toyota Europe. It goes to a PriusChat Wiki page that describes many means of access (among which Toyota Europe is one). If you follow the link to Toyota Europe, then yes, you will need to register an account and set a password. If any of the alternative methods described on that wiki page are available to you (possibly through arrangement with a local library or the like), you may prefer one of them.
