mine is broken. So I am looking for this part:
    CONTROL ASSY, CENTER CLUSTER MODULE

I am not able to find this part in Germany. There are only 120 cars let here...
Maybe someone has a used one in good condition?

    Thanks!

When you could find them here in America they were $200 or more. Time to get creative my friend.

Agree, get creative. And if it's just cracked or you have all the pieces that means welding it back together. I have on my to-do list to pull off my own cracked panel and do this repair. I recently bought the "Touch-N-Flow System" for a different plastic welding project, and as far as I can tell it worked well. The applicator allows you to precisely apply solvent along a crack, with capillary action pulling it in for a complete joint. If the panel is ABS then the "Plast-I-Weld" solvent in that kit is appropriate. I assume there's a plastic code stamped on the back of the part somewhere, but I didn't check when I had it off before.

So get applicator and correct solvent, prop/tape parts together as needed so they're flush and won't move (and ideally under a bit of compression), and apply the solvent according to instructions.

if you are taking that panel off you will be doing some major repairs. Each place where it clips/presses into the metal dash will break and likely both ears/vents will break off as well. When I said “get creative” I meant use some duct tape then leave I alone!
