I need more specific details and independent investigation before trusting these actors and a techno-babble report. Yes, paranoids do have enemies but this smells too much like a plan to implement the very thing they accuse the Chinese of having accomplished.

1. Produce all vehicles in 6 different markets/geographic-regions.
2. Produce vehicles where their are most in demand and market for that model and export some to other markets.

How many factories does #1 take? #2?
