Has anyone had success with reading the Gen 5's inverter coolant temperature via OBD?

I've tried using both OBD Fusion and Car Scanner with a Bluetooth dongle to no avail. I've attached screenshots of all the temperature readings, but nothing related to the inverter is showing. As you can see, I've correctly selected the Prius Prime profile as well, so I'm not sure what else to try.

    I'm stumped!

    You sure?
In Car Scanner Demo mode just now I got the below.
Searching on "EV" seems to highlight them.
edit: I bought the 'pro' version...7 bucks?
edit2: Not using it for gauges because it seems to suck down the phone battery (just noticed I had GPS on even though permissions off-will try in car later with inverter coolant temp enabled.)
    edit3: Using iPhone

upload_2026-2-3_14-58-30.png Inverter temp barely went above ambient.
Then again, I don’t have cardboard in front of the grille. :)

And I still think that car scanner is a battery hog.

Hey there funny guy, yes I still have the cardboard in front of my radiator. (My other thread, for those interested: Cold weather radiator block made of cardboard)

Back to the topic at hand, I think I figured it out based on your screenshots. I had selected "Prius Prime" where it looks like you have the (more extensive?) "Toyota RAV4 Prime PHEV (2019-present), Prius Prime (2023-present) / Lexus NX450h+ PHEV" profile selected. See below:

Let me know if you feel if the Car Scanner app consumes a lot of phone battery.
The OBD Fusion does not, but I don't think anything special is available for Toyota hybrids.

I deactivated all sensors in the profile except inverter coolant.
Maybe that will improve battery drain.
