Water Dripping Under The Prius

Could be the air conditioning system's water condensation drain. That's normal.

 

AC condensate is front passenger's side and is water.

There is a potential for engine coolant in the same area but is normally pink and a little slimy.

If it is coolant, the reservoir on the passenger side viewed from the top may go down. If that is the case, immediate attention is needed.

Since the reservoir is somewhat opaque, a strong flashlight is best for observing coolant level.

It's probably the politics of the country you live in... Hell on earth and endless inhumanity and cruelty is too hot for a vehicle cooling system, which probably failed, just like what happens to nations that lose their military funding for genociding too much.

 

Vehicle overheats because Israel does not know when enough is enough? A bit of a stretch.
