Hello everyone! I got into a minor accident over the weekend, and, unfortunately, my front driver side window shattered. Fortunately, no one was hurt, and my car has minimal body damage (a small dent and a few scratches on the front side panel). However, this still leaves me with a window-sized hole in my door . . . has anyone had any experience with this repair/replacement? Any opinions on aftermarket glass? And what costs should I be looking at? TIA!

IMHO; take it to a body shop. If the impact was enough to shatter the glass, it most likely caused some unseen, hidden damage. FWIW, there's at least $1K in damage for the glass and mirror and it's a new car - so no junk yard parts. Then there's the body damage.
I don't even know why this is a question, since insurance will cover it. I'm sure you don't want to drive around in a brand new car that looks like a beater...... I certainly wouldn't......

    Check your insurance. Glass coverage?

Thanks for the feedback. To provide a little more context, it was a sideswipe accident during a lane change with a tow truck at slow speeds (15-20 mph). The very end of the bed of the truck, which sat higher than the body of the door, clipped my window, causing it to shatter. As for the mirror, it still has all functionality, but it's missing it's back cover (hence the bag).

Unfortunately I've already dished it out with insurance, and they are not covering the repairs (No I didnt have collision, and yes I now know that was very stupid).

Side windows aren't expensive at all. Years ago, I borrowed my neighbors gas edge trimmer and it threw a rock into my daughter's Suzuki...shattering the window. Safelite came out and replaced it for a couple hundred bucks. (They even vacuumed up all the glass inside of the car without being asked.)

I don't know if there is any aftermarket replacement glass for the gen5. There very well might be, but I've never checked and it's a newer, lowish production car. So it's possible no aftermarket glass company is making glass for it yet.

As for OEM prices, it looks like around $300 if you ordered today. Maybe $250 if you can wait a week or two(Memorial Day sales).

There are two front door glass options. Your XLE came with regular, single layer tempered glass. Limiteds come with three layer, laminated glass. The laminated glass keeps out road/wind noise a bit better. Your call whether you want matching glass in both front doors or not.

68102-47270 - XLE glass - $425.80 MSRP - $294.39 at many dealers like Lewis Toyota
    68102-47280 - LTD glass - $445.93 MSRP - $308.30 at many dealers

Free shipping, no tax(if you order from a dealership in a different state), possible additional 15%- or 20%-off sale in a week or two.
