I'm going to order a full size wheel/tire to bring along on long trips for my 2024 Prime. Any suggestions for a compact jack, maybe something better than the usual scissor jack that used to come with Priuses? Edit: I noticed that the first/red jack has a flat contact point; that doesn't seem like it'd work well with the Prius's jack point.
Have you read through @Hammersmith's thread? Post #2 has the part no's and prices (presumably suggested retail?) for the official tools. The price for the lowly scissor jack is a little astounding, to put it politely. What I'd expect to pay for a decent 3-ton floor jack fer chrisakes...
Honda scissor jacks worth a look: where the torsion bar hooks on it has a heavy gauge U-shaped bent plate, with a hole in both legs of the plate. This makes the connection a LOT more stable, compared to the Toyota style, a cast-iron single eyelet, that wobbles and sheds fragments. Honda style: Toyota crap:
