I'm having an issue with my Prius III.
Initial push of button, turns the engine, but it does not keep running.
I've checked: crank sensor- ok; cam sensor- ok; fuel pressure - ok; battery, both of them- both ok.

I have replaced Cam sensor, throttle body, injectors, computer, replaced acid battery.
    Still will not stay running.
Checked all electrical connections, all grounds connected, all look good.
Everything has spark, but will not run.

I don't know what is causing the issue, tried all I can think of.
    Anyone have a similar problem?

    Looking for assistance.
    Thanks in advance.

Are you certain the engine is actually running briefly under its own power, not just being rotated in the attempt to start it? Repeated unsuccessful attempts will discharge the large battery.
    Trouble codes?

The engine cranks at high rpm and often fools people into thinking it was running when it was not.

When you have a no start codes don't help much. Check spark, fuel and compression.

Or just jump to the usual problems, out of fuel, disconnected vacuum, pcv or maf.

Sorry to hear this; but you should've scanned the car BEFORE aiming a parts cannon at it. You may have introduced other issues; hopefully you have all the original parts; since the ECU usually needs programming/adjustments unless you got the EXACT same year, make, model, trim level; and double checked VIN compatibility. By the way; the motor does not start when you turn it ON; unless the traction battery is very low. What is the state of the traction battery when you key-ON.
