I was viewing threads for the shark finn and Stub antenna and found a link to a site where the stub antennas cost around $7.50ea then My internet went out and I can't remember the link, nor can I find the thread that has the link on it. Someone please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
That's got to be the one OP was referring to. Sigma Automotive also sells them but I don't know if the ones they sell are more expensive or are any better. Yea, so I have had it for a month or more now and my reception dramatically dropped. I am glad I only spent $9. on it. I rarely use the radio anyway, but now I never use it.......
I bought a 3" rubber antenna on eBay from "mangowalk". Good enough for the stations I listen to (mostly AM) in the San Francisco Bay Area. Just drove through a car wash with it today, which is my primary purpose of getting the stub antenna.
