I saw this last night on PBS's Nature: Deep Jungle documentary and thought you guys would get a kick out of this mating dance of this little bird. The first video is a remix that show a lot of dancing. The second one is an excerpt from the documentary that puts it into perspective. The biologists in the film has to use a special camera that can capture 500 frames a second to keep up with this little bird. Otherwise he simply moves to fast to see half of his movements. The moonwalk is slow enough to see without the special camera. Remix video
Wow! With moves like that on the dance floor I wonder how that fellow is in the sack? He could spot you, move in, deliver the pick-up line, execute the pick-up, bed you and deliver the goods (Check it out at 39 seconds I kid you not!) all before the blush hits your cheeks! :cheer2: Heres a link with a little more info/background. I'm still enjoying the pistol shrimp vids. Those, and my ensuing click-clicking, led to some good times.
LOL! I still like the Cordycep + Bullet Ant relationship best. It's not action packed but it sure is creepy! [ame=http://www.metacafe.com/watch/331826/ant_fungus/]Ant Fungus Video - Metacafe[/ame]
