I had Alignment done on all 4 wheels, and rotation since i was there. IT turn's out it was out of whack by some degree from the print out, and they put the car on the machine. Not sure if it was a Hunter machine or not. Anyway if someone who know's about this could verify that it look's good, would really apperciate it.! The car before would vear either to the left or right sometimes while coasting, and was worse while braking or at hwy speeds. I was able to catch it in time before the freebie was expired, and to boot replaced both rear tire's that had been slashed a couple of days ago.

They also centered the steering wheel, because it was off by 2-3 deg it seemed from eyeballing it..look's straight now!

    here is the print out

The toe issue is pretty common, looks like you're good to go now.

Geez, I had mine scanned at one time...but I don't know where that is if I even saved it.
SAI = Steering Alignment Inclination (see: Wheel Alignment A Short Course )
I didn't have any big issues. I had some toe issues initially (just slightly out when I got the car) and then after getting new tires I think the toe needed adjustment again. My right rear wheel camber also got a little out of wack and a helpful forum member put in some shims for me at hybridfest last year to correct that since Toyota won't touch it.

You can see several of my printouts in this thread:

    http://priuschat.com/forums/care-ma...3-2007-model-alignment-issues.html#post440934

I had about 5 alignment checks between the dealer and some independent shops. The dealer didn't do anything to correct the rear toe-in, so I installed shims that I got from Galaxee & DH.

P.S. Your image link isn't working for me.

Several people have posted that it is 1 year or 12,000 miles whichever occurs first. I think that I also saw that somewhere in writing in the manual, but I do not recall exactly where it was.

I was finally able to see your printout here at work. Your front toe was negative before they corrected it, meaning that the wheels were pointed outward at the front; pigeon toed if you will. All of your other settings look pretty good.

That would cause the problems described: veering to one side or the other.

A few years back when I flew radio-controlled model airplanes, I had to set some toe-in on the main landing gear wheels to make the planes controllable on the ground.
