It should work with firefox unless you don't have something installed like the SVG viewer or something is disabled or blocked. Try using IE and see it you get any farther.
Talk to Hobbit. I think he's spent some time demystifying their website. (at least according to his technofan thingy website, which might refer to an older setup, but I bet he's still familiar with how it works).
