First I would like to congratulate you on your nuptials and second, I think I have your answer. What about a couple white horses with a carriage? You could have them in white, and they don't produce any waste, as long as they aren't feed before the ceremony.
Here is the real question: Will you be driving the prius or have a driver? if you do have a driver than you have to make sure he isn't a led foot.

I think you're going to interview hypermilers for your driver! I have a 72.3MPG tank, but live a bit far off. I suspect you can find some 70+MPG drivers in your area....
I can have a driver for sure. We can be in the back with plenty of leg room. I looked up the rear leg room of the LS600HL (long wheel base) and the Prius. Guess which car has more rear leg room. Ding ding ding Prius.
