    I'm saying that we're so addicted to debt, that we need the Chinese to buy our Treasury notes or we're bankrupt. They've got us by the short hairs. A few pirated copies of Windows, however much you may dislike software stealing, is small potatoes compared to what happens if they stop lending us money.
