December snowless on Flathead Lake? no no nooo, that's rare. That's our So Cal home. Sadly, 19yrs of school has wrought little, regarding my vernacular.
I'm okay with my new persona. I like it better with a space there anyway. Thanks for offering though!
The pic is way excellent. I'm guessing you must be 'pre-1950's to have G G parents already mature in the 1868's. The oldest pic's of relatives we have is great grand parents (1890's), and we only have pic's of two pair. I'm guessing the other two pair were either too poor, or too disfunctional to save & pass em on . Hey, my daughter just bought a home in nashville last year. Are you near-by? We bought her a Cavalier when she graduated from Belmont U in Nashville. Heck, at the time, it was all we could afford. It'd be cool to have a Prius advocate near by as that car won't last much longer .
Hey Hill! I am in Nashville. Your daughter and I just might be neighbors. I'm not quite that old (pre-1950's), slightly post-1960. I was so thrilled to locate that photo on-line. A cousin of mine that I didn't know I had posted it on Ancestry and I found it there with the help of some researchers at the LDS library. Ellen Hart, my gr-gr grandma, was 19 in that photo, and husband David (my gr gr grandpa) was in his 40s.
