My car must still be in Japan!

    My dealer faxed me my info today. (I live in New York.) I have a VIN number on a Blizzard Pearl IV w/bisque interior plus Nav. She said the ETA was 6-8 weeks. It will be arriving on the Pyxis Leader. I don't mind the wait. It will give me more time to sell my current car, and I'm getting exactly what I wanted! :D

    Something's not right. The Pyxis had already unloaded and that car should be in to your dealer in NY within the next 10+/- days. I have that exact same model coming in on the Andromeda Leader which is somewhere in the Jacksonville area this morning. It's supposed to be docking in Newark somewhenre around the 15th and my dealer expects it in WV around 6/29

    Hmm... that's why I posted this. I thought this was weird as well. I have a call in to my dealer. :confused:

    Since you have a VIN, the car is already off the boat. Ask the dealer what the port arrival ETA is.

    That is a little weird. Why would they say that the delivery is so far away? :eek:

    6 to 8 weeks would be about right for a NY to Japan to NY round trip including delivery. VIN?
    FYI Pyxis Leader way off the Carolina's headed to east Cuba/Haiti channel

    I was thinking that (round trip). We'll see. Dealer hasn't called me back yet.
