Official 'HQ" survey? Hi gang, I'm wondering if everyone got the "Toyota HQ" "Product Quality Survey" that I received a few days ago. It generated a user ID and password for me and was fairly detailed. I was sure to let them know about the cargo net issue. When queried about desired future enhancements I seized the the opportunity to advocate for PHEVs (couldn't help myself). Anyone else receive one of those emails? radio
Yes. I got mine this week via email, and a postcard in the mail with a username and password to complete it online. I also used the servey to report a few little niggles with the car, but otherwise I reported nothing significant in the survey. The only area that is lacking is where they ask who normally rides. I had to choose from the number of people, so I selected 1, but in reality, this is not accurate, as I either have 1 or 5 in the car, and they have no way to differentiate that. Otherwise, the survey is a great way to communicate with Toyota in a way that will be heard.
I got the postcard and filled it out online yesterday. Completely FORGOT to mention the cargo net...darn!
I have so far received only the Quality survey, not the purchase experience. I am happy to complete that as well, as I had a great experience.
I received the Toyota HQ survey a few days ago too. It was nice that they seem to be interest in what we have to say about the 2010 Prius. I added a better sound protection and to obtain 100 miles in the EV mode. The 100 miles in EV mode is asking for a lot but in southern California, there is an electric car that is getting 224 miles on a 3.5 hours charge. It does cost 109,000 dollars. The company is currently working on a cheaper electric sedan which will cost less, 90,000 dollars. I understand that the company is using computer batteries, a lot of them in the all electric cars.
