From another forum I frequent... Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Sends Photos of Apollo Moon landing sites | ChattahBox News Blog Well... I thought it was cool... I remember watching it on the tv...
I once had a coworker who did not believe the earth was round (or oblate spheroid). I made some offhand comment about flat earth and he basically told me that it was flat and all evidence to contrary was faked. He also thought that the lunar landings were fake. He was an electrical engineer.
It never came up. He was eventually fired, because they shipped some parts from a project he did and the parts did not make spec and he knew about it. I think he was made a scapegoat because he did what his manager told him to. I think you could pass all the classes for electrical engineering without ever coming across a test question that asked if the earth were round or flat.
I need 3 nutcases. We are really short at work these days. Software testing for the &*$%#@!. Any one?
I would like to work, but I really can't relocate while my dad is still living. Plus, I'm not really a software guy. But I probably would be considered a nutcase for staying at my former employer as long as I did.
I probably am qualified (Extensive experience with software testing, and I *am* a nutcase) but these days I prefer project management gigs.
One on the top and one on the bottom. It's flat, but it's at least a mile thick. No, wait a minute! Magnetism is just a theory. There is no magnetic field. The government makes us think the compass needle points north by beaming invisible mind-control rays at us.
