Dianne, We or at least I am just having a little fun here, I don't mean to accuse anybody of anything, you have to admit a flashing blue light is a little funny, my first thought was of course PULL OVER. But the shyster used car dealers around here really do equip their cars with a form of tracking system to make repossession easier, that's no joke. I was shocked when I found that out. Of course I also am a little un-easy with Onstar type of systems as well. Hey it's not paranoia, if they really are after you is it?
Gosh that sounds so intrusive, like having LoJack on your car w/o activating it. I bet the ACLU would have a field day with that! Or, some such agency... I fedexed Ms Laurie what she needs to de-activate the light. I know how annoying it is! I was heading south for a last minute dealer trade and forgot to disable the damn thing and once it got dark... there it was.
Well, darn, so it's not a contest? Find the Prius with the flahing blue light and you win!!! And look--an icon just for my situation: :mod: LOL
I heard that it means you've come to the end of the internet and there are no more pages. You will have to turn off the computer and unplug it for good.
Aha. So you *did* have a dealer installed option. I'm going to invoke the "I-told-you-so" clause in the user agreement. Tom
Yes. There was remote fob that I guess deactivated the system annd a small cover that went over the light to close it off. That was it. Hopefully it won't spontaneously reactivate or self destruct someday. LOL
Whoever dropped their bluetooth headset into your instrument binnacle is probably wondering where the heck it is now. . _H*
Watsa binnacle? Is that a breath spray? A card game? Something to help you see further using both eyes? A six million dollar man?
