Assuming you already have factory fogs, this should be pretty straight forward. I upgraded my factory fogs on my '05 to HID by purchasing an HID kit from a local car shop. Completely plug and play. No cut wires, no mess. My fogs have been nice and bright ever since. If I recall the cost was about $165 for the kit. If you do not have factory fogs, a bit more complicated; but there is already a thread here on that.

Could you specify what kit you used? I am interested in making such an upgrade in a possible Package V purchase and have no desire to cut/strip wires. Cheers!
I am getting the Blinglights kit from PSshop and HID conversion kit to replace the Blinglight kit H3 bulbs to HID bulbs for my fog.
