Were I live now every thing was .5 miles aways and i was always getting low 40's in MPG. Friday I closed on a foreclosure I found, built 2 years ago and lived in for only 3 months it was up to 300K then, its a large 4/2/2 and never had it really been lived in, it even came with all appliances even washer and dryer. I bought it for 87.1K which was a steal, still have to move tomorrow now the great part, I am out there a bit and I drive more, this last tank I have 48MPG for 300 miles and I love it all the going back and forth... CONGRATS!! on the new home! That's certainly a steal. Enjoy the driving - I bought my '06 when I changed jobs and my commute went from 1 mile to 50 (one way). I hate the traffic but love the drive.
