I know in some states the warranty is 150,000 miles and in all the others it is 100,000. Now what if i move into a different state would my warranty change to match that states warranty?
I think it's where the car was made for sale. If say NY, NJ, Calif., it is the higher warranty because those states have stricter emission standards.
so your saying you think if i buy on from Calif it will have a 150,000 warranty even if the state i live in has only the 100,000 warranty.
Others here have asked that question, and it is not (apparently) based upon the state that you bought it from, but rather where it was first registered which determines which warranty that you would have. If you bought the car from a California Dealer, and had it shipped to AZ, as I know some members here did, I would think that they would get the lower AZ warranty, instead of the higher CA coverage.
