Find a thread you like, say the movie thread, and every day/few days/week find a picture that relates to a movie you like and use that. You can even change what it says under the avatar to a quote from the movie. Just an idea for a way to have some fun with it...

Ocativa, if you were just a pretty face you wouldn't get half the attention that you have. PriusChat has a lot of intelligent members, and I suspect most of us are as stimulated by brains as breasts, probably more so. I like your posts, and I also like that fact that you have been willing to go toe to toe with all of the testosterone. You came onto this site with a pretty photo and a female user name. I respect that you didn't hide behind a false persona, but instead put yourself right out there. That takes guts. I take my hat off to you. Now, getting back to that bikini... Tom

Finally, someone that changes avatars more often than I do! Mine usually involved my car, my cat, or myself - sometimes all three - but I like to change mine up occasionally. Octavia, let me tell you something about [real, emotionally healthy] men. They really DO NOT CARE if you have a few extra pounds. Only other women and fashion magazines give a rip about that. Men care if you are kind, warm, happy, fun to be around, appreciate their great sense of humor, and if you will give them the time of day! Yes, you should take care of yourself, for yourself, NOT because you think that it will make you more acceptable to others. Get someone to take a photo of the back of your head, and use that for an avatar! I think it would be cute! (off to find DH to have him do that for me...)

I used to change my avatar, but then PriusChat went through a rough patch where the software wasn't working well. It took so long to get my avatar back I've been reluctant to change it again. Besides, I might fall off the rock when I'm not looking. Tom
True that. Quite frankly, I'm put off by those skinny broads. First of all, they turn sideways and disappear, and that startles me. I like good normal healthy girls I should let the other members know that Tom used a fisheye lens for that photo. He's actually around 6 inches off the ground, at most he might sprain his ankle if he fell off
Oct;... umm is it ok to call you "Oct?" jus seems so appropriate considering the calendar and all, but anyway, changing your avatar to suit your mind at the time is something many people do. i do it, granted, i have had the same Plate on 3 diff Pri's, all diff colors, so its not a BIG change, but change nevertheless. and plus, you dont have to have any disorders like Tony (who must constantly work hard to get along with all his personalities!!) to have variety. and on your prev avatar, i very much enjoyed it. but am still looking forward to something new!
