<GACK!> I have a similar problem but it is a 300 lbs, 150 kg, motorized wheel chair. That won't work for us. Bob Wilson
I too have a heavy (150lbs.) A regular inside wheel chair lift will not work on a prii. The reason being they bolt to the interior metal floor that is not compatible to my 2005 Prius. I solved this by converting to outside by attaching to 1 1/4 curt hitch. The car will handle the load but on this chair I must remove the seat(pull 5 pins) I have on hand a 350 lb. lift that Icould convert if anyone interested
