Thanks for the information. I was hoping that was the case. I'm going through Beaman Toyota in Nashville, and BJ Futrell is the salesman I've been working with. I don't know about their waiting line. I emailed them with a specific request (IV with Nav in white or silver) and BJ replied right away with a spec sheet that met my needs. Seems like it's all a bit of a crap shoot at this point finding the dealership that happens to be getting what you're looking for.
credgar, I live in Alabama and have also chosen to buy in Tennessee. It occurred to me today (a little late) that I don't know how taxes work when you buy in one state and live in another. I'm hoping it means I don't pay sales tax in Tennessee (since I think I have to pay the tax when I register in Alabama.) Do you know how it works? Thanks for any information you might have.
