Rear Seat Width

    What is the width of the interior rear sear area? I need to fit a 48" guitar case in a Gen III Prius. Thinking the easiest way is to put the case on the floor.

    Flip one rear seat down, toss it in the hatch. :) There's even tie down hooks.

    My guitar case fits just fine on the back seat floor.

    I throw all sorts of guitar cases in my prius. Back seat, cargo area, etc. They all fit fine.
