    I cannot vouch for your favoritist PC members... but it isn't unusual to have someone try to circumvent policy...

    However... I am quite positive the powers that be here can keep track of their targeted individuals and determine if they are posting under a new nic... and deal with them appropriately.

    I have no argument with that.

    I do like to debate/argue though...
