Hello all. I'm new to the forum, but not to Prius ownership. My daily driver is an '02 Tacoma, but my wife and I purchased an '08 Prius new in October of 2007 for her daily driver. Between her taking it to work every day and us making regular (~monthly) trips to southern Indiana (from southeast TN) we've put about 51k miles on it to date. I'm a DIY'er, but have admittedly been intimidated by this little technological wonder. I recently learned of this forum, and have been doing homework to better familiarize myself with this car so that I can begin doing the maintenance. So, today I took a step forward and registered and look forward to being a part of the PC community.

Thanks for reference the link. There's a lot of good info there. Looks like most maintenance above oil changes and air filters is optional for quite a long time.
