I'm looking for 4 TPMS sensors for my snow tires for my 2010 Prius. If anyone has some or knows of a good place to buy them for less than dealer prices I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Walt
I believe you can buy them from Tire Rack - Tire Rack - Your performance experts for tires and wheels but I don't recall the price of them off hand. I got them pre-installed with the wheels & snow tires I bought from them in December.
I just checked eBay for "Toyota TPMS" and got 100 hits. Most (if not all) Toyotas use the same unit. Several sellers list the various cars that their items fit, and the Prius is mentioned as the same as Camry & Corolla. Best price I noticed was $85 for 4, shipping included. One thing to be careful about is the attaching nut & washer. It looks like some vendors include them, and others don't. The people who do your tire installation must have those extra parts, or you could get a "TPMS Service Kit" separately.
