I was doing my regular Google search and hit upon a "highgearmedia" web site. Prominent on their web page was a "writing contest" offering prizes for articles. Ok, that seemed a little weird so I found they have these web sites: TheCarConnection MotorAuthority GreenCarReports AllCarsElectric AllAboutPrius ToyotaMonitor CamaroBlog FordReports MustangBlog So I started walking through their pages and found lots of 'eye candy' but 'where's the beef?' For example, I wondered if they were tracking the "Bell the Hybrid" effort . . . no. Each story seems to have a three or four, simple paragraph limit. As for technical content . . . did I just hit on their least impressive pages? Bob Wilson
How many Google ads did you see? I'm thinking that they set up the sites to draw in page hits and to get money from Google ads.
