Hi There - Is there any guide for Prius 2010 Toyota Recommended Maintenance? As you know when you go to dealer he will propose all sort of maintenance items but I just want to follow Toyota recommended maintenance guidelines. Is there any official manual from Toyota? Again, I apologize if it's included in Owner's Manual as I have not looked at it.

After you read that, there is some additional good advice available on this forum on extra maintenance you should do it you are planning on keeping your car a long time. You are right to be suspicious of extra serves the dealer want to sell you, most of those basically amount to wallet vacuuming.
Did you even bother to look at the covers of manuals that came with the car? There's one called Warranty & Maintenance Guide.

Yes. Your prius comes with all the necessary manuals. stream is right the maintenance schedule is in the warranty guide and lists all the stuff. its pretty basic
