Well, sort of. The hood/bonnet ornament may not retract fully in an accident potentially hurting a pedestrian in a head on collision with one, if it is rusted to begin with. I would speculate that more people have died as a consequence of the emissions that the Bentley puts out than have been impaled by a rusty hood ornament.
I have read reports of Bentley drivers getting out of their cars to club baby seals with rusty hood ornaments. Or I just made that up. I'm not sure.
Let me be the first to say... If any of youuns don't a wanna to be a keeping your Bentley anymore and all... and youuns feel the need to give it away because it's such a terrible instrument of death...
