If you add up Annual fuel bill and Vehicle excise duty, Prius (Family Hatchback) is less expensive to operate than Citroën C2 1.4 HDi Diesel (Best Super-Mini). A quick search for Citroën C2 1.4 HDi shows that it does 0-60 in 13 seconds.
not only that it, is cheap small car, smaller than Yaris Hatchback and 1.4HDI is pretty noisy small diesel...
