Yeah, that is what I assumed as well too (that the bays were right at the road there). Looks like there has been some enhancement made to the photo now (you can clearly see a car in the 2 door garage). I'm assuming the top portion of the house here is a living room area: seems to be a house of extremes: you have some rooms that are nothing but glass walls, you have some rooms that are nothing but subterranean.
Oh, look at that. I didn't see the car there the first time. The glass/subterranean would work nicely in a climate that had at least two seasons. Plus, some rooms are better not being made entirely of glass. Well, as long as you have neighbours...
