I would like to know what others received when they ordered the Leather Upgrade option. I received leather seats only. Fabric was installed on the center console cover and armrests on each door. Toyota America says each dealer does not install same leather options. So buyer beware... make sure you know what is included in the leather option when you place your order with the factory.
It also depends on where you bought your car. You don't list your location in your stats, either. Leather was a port option in the Gulf Coast region (TX, LA, OK) and as mine came, they're leather seats/headrests only. Otherwise, exactly as you describe above.
A friend of mine in California just received her new prius 2 days ago. She ordered leather. The leather trim was everywhere- console, arm rests, seats, headrests. Looked beautiful.
