Has this been sold? I just bought a 2009 Base model. It included what appears to be everything in this picture except for the Owner's Manual. I also read in the Quick Reference something which referred to an "Owner's Manual Supplement" which I also don't have. So if anyone reads this post and can sell me a 2009 Owner's Manual and Owner's Manual Supplement, I would appreciate it. Even better would be if you can point me to a PDF link. Thanks.
