Changed 12v Battery and Check Engine Light Came On..

    P0138 was the code. Did they install the battery wrong? Seems to much of a coincidence that this comes on an hour after a new battery is put in..

    It has 94k , but it came on right after. One possible cause was a short in the battery..

    If they installed the wrong battery could that be an impact? I dont have the keyless start on my prius

    seems like an awful coincidence, but i suppose it could happen? what did the dealer say when you went back and asked?
