Brad and I were just in West Virginia visiting my father who has heart problems...while also helping my sister with her college technology class. On our way back today, we treated ourselves to a trip to the Prius garage in Indiana. It's called AutoBeYours garage, it's ran by Steve and his wife Jenny Woodruff with the help of other friends and family too. It's a very interesting shop! His expertise is mainly second generation Prius'. It's a great way to get to know your car, really. I've taken apart second and third generation Prius' and it's really interesting to see all the changes over the years. I can definitely tell the second generation ages a lot better. So, here are some pictures! I still have lots of interesting pictures, private message me if you would like to see more!
Cool man. Those are some sweet modified Priuses there. And a lot of ripped up ones too. I didn't know whether to smile or cry.
It isn't as rugged as the second generation. Things tend to break easier, plus, parts cost a lot more for it. Something that the seconds had only one of, the third generation has more and costs more. Also, the crazy thing is..the second generation has more room. Sounds crazy I know....but I have several people who has checked it out and can agree. At least rear seat room.
