An idiot hit my 2007 Prius and totaled it, but I'm loving my new 2010 replacement, except for 1 thing. I installed a DVD player and Lockpick in my 2007 for my 4 year old to watch Disney movies on the way the 3 hour road trips to the grandparents' homes. The A/V system in the 2010 doesn't even have room for a DVD player addition. I have the nav system and the USB plug. Can I somehow do some mods that would allow movies to be played through my iPhone/USB or can the NAV be modded to play regular DVDs? If I can figure that out, then I'll work on getting it all to work while in motion. Speaking of which, any news on mods for that? No lockpick yet for 2010 )-: Sent an e-mail, but no reply. Anybody working on this?
It sounds like you have stock Nav. I have Kenwood DNX6960 and it can do everything you want plus more.
