I have tried to buy online a 2011 heat shield and a rear cargo mat from prius chat accessories but had a question about both because it only has the dropdown for the 2010 prius on both. Tried to find a phone to contact to no avail. Sent an email to their contact e mail address for a phone no and after 2 days no reply. I then called the dealership where I bought my prius to find if they stocked the items. The parts dept. had the cargo mat for $86 plus tax vs prius chat 104.00. Hate to complain but if you are going to operate a site for members then service your customers and your site needs updating.
