I want my key to unlock all the doors when I approach the car. I was able to switch this with my 2005 Prius very easily but there are no instructions in my new 2010 Prius to switch this feature. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance Lou ...
There is a way to do this with a combination of buttons and opening doors, etc. There is a thread that covers the procedure and I will see if I can search it up...
This works great! Even on the first try! I've had my 2010 III for 3 weeks and even asked the dealer about how to unlock all the doors by just touching the door handle. The reply was that you can't. Well, after reading this post and watching the video, I immediately went out and followed the simple instructions of holding down all three buttons on the key fob for about 5 seconds. Sure enough, I did it, and it was followed by 4 beeps from the security system. And now, all four doors unlock when I grab the door handle. Thanks for this post!!
