Is my Prius 1, 2, 3 or 4?

    I purchased a Prius in Aug, 2008. Can anyone help me figure out whether it is 1,2,3, or 4?

    Thank you very much for your prompt response. I figured out that I have a package #6. However, could you clarify whether Prius 1,2,3 etc. apply to Gen II or not?

    No, the Prius I, II, III, IV, V do NOT apply to the Gen II. The description of your Prius is a Gen II with package 6.

    I think I understand your confusion with the Prius generation nomenclature.

    Gen 1 = Prius 1
    Gen 2 = Prius 2
    Gen 3 = Prius 3
