    Why, that's Godzilla's good friend and camping buddy, Jet Jaguar.

    They did a musical tribute to him on Mystery Science Theater 3000 (a great source for 'bots, by the way); hi-larious.

    Drawn in the style of the Jetsons, but can't place it. Weren't there 2 shots at the Jetsons, one from "your" childhood in the 80s, and the original from "my" childhood in the 60s?

    Yup, one in the 80's, and one in the 60's...

    I think the best thing about old sci-fi, is seeing stuff become reality... "comminicators" in old Star Trek = Modern day flip-phone...
