I like the SR feature. I forget to use the remote AC, but I park in a parking garage at work so it's really not an issue most of the time. Yesterday morning here in Central Texas it was 86F at 10:30AM, much like where I grew up in Tempe, AZ. Car was in the drive, had the SR enabled, Heatshield in the window, tinted windows and parked with the sun on the driver side of the vehicle. The interior temp according to the Scangauge was 90F, without using the remote AC. It's not real comfortable, but it sure beats 140F interior temperature and the cabin cools off much faster so it's very tolerable for the short time it's "hot"
