Yes they do! I remove mine when not being used. My Yakima come off in seconds, so no big deal. Any amount of drag added to these cars reduces FE. This is true for all cars, but when you own a mileage machine you tend to notice any drop in your FE? Hal

 

Especially if you get the visor that reduces wind noise.
