Does anyone have a solution to this problem? I can not open the hatch when the car is on and in park. The hatch lock does not responed to a touching the touch pad (sks) or that of the the fob button. The only way I've been able to open the hatch is to turn the car off and then opening the hatch, which is a little annoying when all you want to do is grab something out of the back. Maybe something is wrong with my fob?
Press the door unlock button on the driver’s door armrest. The hatch, and all other doors, will now open.
