I just called Toyota's Customer Experience Center, and asked for info on the 2006 Prius. At first I was told that even though dealers, (confirmed) have the 2006 Prius info, that the web site doesn't yet. I told her that I have a 2006 Prius on order with a deposit, and was wanting to research it some more. She then told me that the Toyota website will be updated by mid-week next week, probably before. So, I know I am ready to see the site updated, and thought I would pass this along.
Edmunds.com is planning on updating their 2006 Prius information on 11-24-2006. I suspect these dates will coincide.

Overall, the changes to the website are pretty disappointing. What happened to a cool site like the one on the Japanese version?
