Rosen Installed, front speakers cutting out on occassion

    Hi folks,

    I have searched the internet (Google) and this site and cannot find an answer to this one. I had the Rosen HU installed today. All functions are working. However, the front speakers will cut out from time to time, and then come back on by themselves. The power loss to the front speakers is typically 2-3 seconds, but has lasted as long as five seconds.

    The installer followed all directions. The antenna is on top of the unit itself, behind the dash.

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    If the speakers were working before, have the installer figure it out.

    Where did you get Rosen installed - how much did it cost?

    I ask b/c I am in NY and am considering purchasing a Rosen. Thanks.

    Regarding your question - discuss with your installer, my guess is loose wire/connection.

    I got it done at Sound Dimensions in Syosett. Ask for Lou. They did a great job. The speakers only cut out on day one. Strange. Everything is wonderful now...
